摘要
随着经济发展,科技进步,用电水平的提高,盗窃电能也日益增多,并且方法也随之隐蔽化和高科技化,窃电操作时间短,不易被发现,反窃电工作难度也逐渐增大。窃电行为严重损坏了电力企业的利益,扰乱了供用电秩序。本文对窃电方法及手段进行了汇总,并提出了改进措施。
With the development of economy, the progress of science and technology, power level, stealing electricity is also increasing. Electricity anti-stealing working difficulty also increases gradually attributes to the concealed and high-te.ch toothed as well as the stealing operating time is short, not easily found. An electricity stealing behavior not only seriously damages the power business interests but also diatnrbs the order of electric power supply.The electric larceny methods and means were pooled for analysis in this paper with the improvement measures put forward.
