以COSMOSWorks有限元分析软件为基础,通过设置相接触面组的方法,对全向侧面叉车起重系统承载特性进行整体分析,并通过试验测量验证了有限元分析的正确性、可靠性,确保了全向侧面叉车起重系统能够安全、可靠、高效作业,为后续的结构优化奠定了基础。
Based on COSMOSWorks finite element software, the paper analyzes the overall load carrying capacity of hoisting system for multi-direction side-loading forklift truck by defining the contact set, and the correctness and reliability of this finite element analysis is verified by test and measurement, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation of hoisting system for multi-direction side-loading forklift truck. It provides foundation for follow-up structural optimization.
