摘要
随着环境的恶化与环境问题的全球化,全球环境治理成为国际社会关注的焦点。就全球环境治理的构成要素而言,当前全球环境治理在环境治理主体、环境议题以及环境治理方式等方面存在的矛盾或问题,严重制约了全球环境治理效果的实现。加强环境治理各主体之间的合作,科学全面地认识全球环境问题,实现不同治理方式的合作,是提高全球环境治理效果的有效路径。
Along with the worsening environment and the globalization of environmental problems, global environmental governance becomes the focus in international society. As far as the elements of global environmental governance are concerned, the contradictions and problems in terms of the body of environmental governance, en- vironmental issues and the modes of environmental governance have seriously restricted the realization of environ mental governance effect. Enhancing cooperation among the bodies of global environmental governance, understand- ing global environmental problems scientifically and comprehensively and achieving cooperation between different environmental governance modes, are efficient path to improving the effect of global environmental governance.
