摘要
从国际医疗援助中患者知情同意权遭遇的尴尬入手,剖析了国际医疗援助中医患关系的独特性,即医患关系的复杂多变性、医患关系的临时应急性、患者自主选择权相对弱化、医生和患者的角色在一定条件下可转换。在此基础上,探究了国际医疗援助中落实患者知情同意权应把握的几个问题:人本理念至上;强化时效救治意识;采用人性化的沟通方式;落实患者知情同意权的评价原则。
This article, from the embarrassment of the right of informed consent in international medical aid ac- tion, analyzed the uniqueness of the doctor -patient relationship in the international medical aid, namely the com- plicated variety, the temporary emergency, weak independent option of patients, shifts of the doctors and patients in certain conditions. On this basis, some points of carrying out the informed consent in the international medical aid were proposed and need to paid attention to, that is, human -based first; strengthening the consciousness of aging treatment ; using humanistic communication way ; carrying out the evaluation principle of patients~ right of in- formed consent.
