摘要
目的探讨健康教育在普外科择期手术患者中的临床效果。方法将80例普外科择期手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用健康教育,对照组采用常规护理。观察2组护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果观察组满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在普外科择期手术效果较好,明显提高了护理满意度,降低了并发症的发生率,对患者的康复具有重要作用。
Objective To discuss the elinieal effect of health education in selective operation patient in department of general surgery. Methods 80 eases seleetive operation patient in department of general surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 40 eases. Observation group were given health education, control group received routine eare. Observed nursing satisfaetion degree and incidence of eomplieation of two groups. Results In observation group, satisfaction degree was higher than that of control group, complication incidenee was lower than that of eontrol group, there were significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conchmion Health education in application of seleetive operation patient in department of general surgery has a good effect, significantly improve nursing satisfaction, and reducing the incidence of eomplieation, has an important role in the rehabilitation of patient.
