摘要
采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜法、燃烧法、溶解法、红外光谱分析法、X射线衍射法、热重-红外联用分析法对竹原纤维和苎麻纤维进行了测试分析。研究结果表明,二者形态特征、燃烧特征、红外光谱图相似,但根据其溶解特征的差异可以进行纤维的初步识别,然后根据晶体结构和热稳定性的差异进行鉴别。
In this paper, natural bamboo fiber and ramie fiber are tested and analyzed by use of optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), combustion, dissolution, fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FFIR), X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analyzer/FFIR spectrometer (TG- FTIR) respectively. The result indicates that two kinds of fibers are similar in their morphology both of cross-section and longitudinal direction, the burning characters and the FTIR spectra. However, their dissolving performances are somewhat different which can be used to determine the preliminary identification of the fibers. Their final identification can be done by depending on their different thermal stability and crystall structure.
