摘要
研究了可用做超高强度锚杆材料的低碳Si-Mn系TRIP钢的Q-P-T热处理的力学性能,结果表明:经Q-P-T得到的显微组织主要是具有高位错密度的细条状马氏体和10%~15%的残留奥氏体,马氏体上析出了细小共格复杂碳化物。在延伸率≥17.3%的条件下,最佳综合性能σb×σs为1 874 520 MPa,其中抗拉强度σb=1 640 MPa。
The Q-P-T heat-treatment for low carbon Si-Mn TRIP steel that may be used to make super-strength bolt have been studied. The research results show that matensite in lath with high density dislocation and retained austenite (10%-15%) are mainly obtained under Q-P-T heat-treatment,plenty of tiny coherent carbide is separated out from martensite.Under total elongation ≥17.3% ,its optimally synthesized property (σb×σs) can reach 1 874 520 MPa and tensile strength can reach 1 640 MPa.
