摘要
以对苯乙烯磺酸钠、丙烯酸和马来酸为原料,通过溶液聚合,合成了一种新型油井水泥减阻剂ASM。通过正交试验得到最佳合成条件:反应温度80℃,磺酸根与羧酸根物质的量比1∶1,丙烯酸与马来酸物质的量比0.4∶1,引发剂用量0.8%,反应时间5 h。对产物性能进行了室内评价,结果表明,加减阻剂ASM的水泥浆流变性能好,稠化时间长,抗温性能好。减阻剂ASM与纤维素类降失水剂有很好的配伍性。
A new dispersant ASM for oil - well cement was synthesized from sodium p - styrenesulfonate, acrylic acid, and maleic acid by solution polymerization. The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows : reaction temperature 80 ℃, molar ratio of sulfonic acid group to carboxylic acid group 1 : 1, molar ratio of acrylic acid to maleic acid 0.4: 1, amount of initiator 0.8% , reaction time 5 hours. The performances of the dispersant were evaluated in laboratory. The results showed that the cement slurry with the dispersant ASM added had good rheological properties, longer thickening time, good temperature resistance, and excellent compatibility with cellulose fluid loss additive.
