摘要
在"5.12"汶川特大地震中,宝成铁路K399段边坡在地震力作用下出现山体松动以及局部崩塌的现象,且该段边坡脚手架的设计搭设高度已经达到100 m,其边坡的倾角接近90°,脚手架的搭设难度较大;并且按照《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》规定,超过50 m的脚手架应当进行专门的计算。本文使用有限元分析软件MIDAS/Gen进行结构模型的建立及分析,对脚手架的整架模型进行了合理的简化及修正,使其更加符合工程实际中脚手架的普遍搭设习惯,同时对脚手架扣件进行了单独的简化处理,更好地模拟了脚手架整架在节点处的半刚性性能,使得计算结果更好的反映出工程实际中脚手架的真实状态,得到了脚手架各个部件在不同荷载组合作用下的内力最大值,进而验证了整架的安全性能。
It's observed that rock body loose and collapse on K399 segment side-slope of the Baocheng railway during the period of "5 ~ 12" earthquake. Here the height of the steel-tube scaffold on K399 was already more than 100 meter,and the angle of the segment side-slope was nearly 90 degree ,which made it hard to set up a scaffold. According to "Technical code for safety of steel tubular scaffold with couplers in construction", it is necessary to calculate exclusively when the height of the scaffold exceeded 50 meters. In this article we use this kind of software named MIDAS/Gen to do the whole analysis of FEM works,while we modified and simplified some parts of the model of scaffold so as to approach the real condition of the construction. The fastener was simphfied property so that the performance of the whole scaffold with seml-rigid nodes would be simulated better,and then the calculating results earl reflect the real condition of the scaffold in engineering practices. From doing the calculation we can get the maximum force of each component of the model,based on this,we can ensure the safety performance of the whole scaffold.
