摘要
描述了SASPL值的测定与分析方法 ,SASPL值与啤酒胶体稳定性之间的关系 ;据此制定啤酒过滤时的硅胶添加工艺 ,既能提高啤酒的胶体稳定性 。
The measuring and analytical method of the SASPL value, and the relation between the SASPL value and the colloidal stability of beer were described in this article.According to the methods,we can make the adding technology of the silica hydrogels in the filtration of beer to improve the colloidal stability of beer and the rate of silica hydrogels utilization.
