摘要
                
                    用测量内耗和膨胀曲线的方法,研究了不同烧结和热处理的BiSrCaCu_2Oy试样在88~623K区间的弛豫和相变行为。讨论了这些行为与烧结工艺、热循环和有序化扩散以及零电阻温度的关系。
                
                The behaviors of internal friction and phase transition in the range of 88~623K for BSCCO superconductor are studied by means of determining the curves of internal friction-temperature and the curves of expansion-emperature coefficient.The behaviors in relation to the treatment history for the samples as well as to the temperature of zero resistance are discussed.
