大断面斜井底部冻结段温度场模拟研究 被引量:3

Simulation Study on Temperature Field of Freezing Section at Bottom of Large Cross Section Inclined Shaft

摘要 以霍州煤电庞庞塔矿主斜井冻结施工为工程背景,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了斜井底部温度场三维模型并研究了典型参数下其发展规律。研究结果表明:底部冻结温度场从时间和空间上来说都是不均匀的,各个位置的冻结壁向下发展的厚度和冻结壁平均温度均不同且随时间不断发展变化,受到下部地层热流的影响,其向下发展较慢。 Taking the freezing construction of the mine main inclined shaft in Pangpangta Mine of Huozhou Coal and Electric Power as an engineering background, the ANSYS finite element analysis software was applied to establish a 3D model of the temperature field in the mine inclined shaft bottom and to study the development law under the typical parameters. The study results showed that the temperature field of the bottom freezing was inhomogeneous from the time and space, the thickness of the freezing wall downward expanded at each location and the average temperature of the freezing wall would be continuously developed and varied not with the time and would slowly developed downward when the freezing wall affected by the thermal flow of the strata.
