摘要
目的对我国四川、湖北、浙江和上海四省(市)社区卫生服务中心的服务效率进行分析评价,找出当前社区卫生服务发展中存在的问题并提出建议。方法采用描述性统计方法、聚类分析和DEA进行分析评价。结果 (1)四省(市)社区卫生服务中心服务效率普遍不高,有效比例偏低。(2)70%的社区卫生服务中心规模无效,其中69%的社区卫生服务中心规模效益递减。(3)投入产出效益不佳。结论 :(1)转变服务模式,主动上门服务。(2)优化投入结构,合理配置人员。(3)积极开展各项服务,提高服务效果。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate service efficiency of community health service centers in China's four Provinces,find out the problems existing in CHSC development and put forward sugges-tion.METHODS Descriptive statistics clustering analysis and DEA analysis.RESULTS(l)service efficiency of CHSC centers in four provinces isn't high,the effective rate is low.(2)70%of CHSC centers are scale inefficiency,of which 69%centers are scale diminishing.(3)nput-output efficiency is not beautiful.CONCLUSIONS(1)To change the service mode and provide door -to -door service.(2)Optimize investment structure and configurate the personnel more availably.(3)Actively carry out the service and improving service effect.
