摘要
分析比较当前几种材料热物性参数测试方法的优缺点,阐述了基于瞬态平面热源法的Hot Disk热常数分析仪的测试原理,并利用参考物质对仪器准确性及重复性进行了验证,同时探究了岩土样品含水率和密度对试验测试结果的影响。结果表明:Hot Disk热常数分析仪具有很好的准确性和重复性,适用于岩土热物性参数的测试;含水率对岩土热物性具有显著且规律性影响;密度对测试结果有影响,但影响有限。最后给出了适合该仪器的测试条件和建议。
This paper analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of existing test methods for measuring material thermal properties, and explained testing principle of Hot Disk thermal constants analyzer based on the Transient Plane Source method. Accuracy and repeatability of the analyzer were verified by testing reference materials. The authors also studied the effect of moisture content and density of rock or soil specimens on the test result. Results showed that accuracy and reproducibility of Hot Disk thermal constants analyzer were quite good, and it was suitable for measuring thermal properties of rock and soil. The effect of moisture content on thermal properties of rock and soil was regular and significant, while the effect of density was miner. Finally, the authors gave appropriate testing parameters and suggestions.
