摘要
目的探讨丹参片辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法选取108例牙周炎患者200颗牙，随机分为观察组56例100颗牙和对照组52例100颗牙。进行系统的牙周治疗：牙周洁治、龈下刮治，观察组使用丹参片、甲硝唑片，对照组只使用甲硝唑片。比较两组治疗前后菌斑指数（PLI）、牙龈出血指数（GBI）、牙周袋深度（PD）和牙龈附着水平（AL）以及有效率。结果治疗后两组间PLI、GBI、PD和AL差异均有统计学意义（t=27．61、502．33、598．27、85．47，均P〈0．01）；观察组有效率91％，高于对照组的78％（χ2=6．452，P〈0．05）。结论中药丹参片辅助治疗慢性牙周炎，其疗效优于常规的牙周炎治疗方法。丹参片具有抗菌作用，可促进牙周组织再生，具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danshen tablets in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods 108 patients with 200 teeth were randomly divided into trial group and control group. The trial group used Danshen tablets and metronidazole tablets, the control group only used metronidazole tablets. PLI, GBI, PD and AL were examined in both groups before and after treatment. Results The differences of PLI, GBI, PD and AL between two group were statistically significant（ t = 27.61,502.33,598.27,85.47, all P 〈 0.01 ）. The trial group was better than the control group in treatment effect of periodontal disease （ χ2 = 6. 452, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of Danshen tablets treatment of periodontitis was better than conventional periodontal treatment. Danshen tablets which have antibacterial effect could promote periodontal tissue regeneration possess good clinical efficacy in the treatment of periodontitis.
