摘要
快餐厅日益成为人们生活的一部分,但是在快餐厅点餐时排队时间过长逐渐引起了顾客的不满。基于排队论对快餐厅点餐模式进行优化研究,讨论当前多队列多服务台的点餐模式,给出一种单队列多服务台的点餐模式,并对两种点餐模式进行比较,结果表明快餐厅采用单队列多服务台的模式经营,可提高服务质量和经济效益。
Noshery is becoming part of life, but the guests are gradually not satisfied with the boring queuing time. The optimization for the noshery odering pattern based on the queuing theory is studied. The popular multi-queue multi-server noshery ordering pattern is discussed and a new single-queue multi-server ordering pattern is given. The results under two ordering patterns indicate that the single-queue multi- service pattern is more efficient than the popular one. So the noshery should adopt the single-queue multi-service system to develop the service quality and the economic benefits.
