摘要
为推动中国气体钻井技术进一步发展,大庆油田开展了储层氮气专打技术研究与实践。介绍了储层氮气专打技术原理、施工工艺及完井工艺,并对2011年大庆油田完成的4口井的基本概况、施工参数、产能效果等进行了统计分析。已完成的4口井中,氮气钻井井段平均机械钻速最高为24.56 m/h,投产井与邻井同厚度油层相比,在没有压裂改造的情况下初期平均单井日增油2 t以上。储层氮气专打钻井完井工艺技术对储层零污染、无压持效应,最大限度地保护了储层,增产效果明显。
The mechanism of nitrogen gas drilling used in reservoir, drilling and well completion technologies are introducedin this paper. Also the 4 wells of basic information, operation parameters and deliverability effect are analyzed, which thehighest average ROP used nitrogen gas drilling technology is 24.56 m/h, with the same thickness of reservoir and withoutfracturing, the average single well deliverability increases more than 2 t, compared with the offset wells. As a result, thenitrogen gas drill-in technology has no contamination to reservoir, which has apparent stimulation effect.
