浓香型白酒生产工艺的发展过程中,技术创新推动了行业的发展,其中微生物技术和生产工艺创新起到了至关重要的作用。论述了现代微生物技术在浓香型白酒生产中的应用及浓香型原酒酿造过程中的工艺创新。
The development process of liquor production process, the technological innovation promoted the development of the industry, including microbial technology and production process innovation has played a crucial role. This paper discusses the techniques of modern microbial production in the liquor in the original application and Luzhou-flavor liquor during brewing process innovation.
