摘要
为了研究风道结构对空调室内机噪声的影响,采用Fluent软件对某型空调室内机的流场进行了仿真,仿真过程考虑了热交换器对气流的阻碍作用,将其模拟为多孔介质流动。通过FW-H模型分别对以蜗舌、蜗壳和叶片为噪声源而产生的噪声进行了计算,并与空调室内机噪声测试实验的结果进行了对比,误差在允许的范围内。在尽量保持足够气体流量的前提下,以此模型为基础,通过调整蜗舌间隙与蜗壳前沿长度降低噪声,得到了空调室内机风道结构在此参数上的最优值。
In order to investigate the influence of the air-con-ditioning duct structure on the noise generated of the air-condition-ing indoor unit, the flow field of a sort of alr-conditioner has been simulated by the Fluent software. The heat exchanger on the air flow was considered in the process, and it was simulated as the air flow in porous media. Taken volute tongue, spiral and blade as noise sources respectively, the noise generated was simulated by the FW-H acoustics model. The simulation result was compared with that of air conditioning indoor unit noise experiment, and the error was acceptable. With enough air flow rate and based on the air-con-ditioning flow filed model, the optimal value of the two parameters of the indoor unit of air-conditioning duct structure was obtained by adjusting the volute tongue clearance and spiral length to reduce the noise.
