Disc-FX系统经皮椎间盘摘除、射频消融术治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症的早期临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 背景:近年来,脊柱微创外科技术有了长足的进展。目前基于脊柱内镜技术发展而来的经皮椎间盘摘除、射频消融、椎间盘灌洗技术(DISC-FX系统)治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症疗效的报道较少。目的:探讨Disc-FX系统经皮椎间盘摘除、射频消融术治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症的早期临床疗效。方法:选择2010年7月至2011年6月在我院应用Disc-FX系统经皮椎间盘摘除、射频消融术治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症且随访资料完整的患者36例(73椎)。比较术前、术后即刻、1周、3个月、6个月、12个月的JOA、VAS及Oswestry(2.0版本)评分;术后12个月,对随访资料完整患者进行MacNab标准评定。结果:全部获得随访,随访时间为3~12个月,平均随访8个月。36例患者术后JOA评分较术前明显升高,有统计学差异(P<0.01);术后VAS和Oswestry评分较术前明显降低,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。术后12个月随访资料完整患者19例,按照MacNab标准评定[4],优8例,良7例,可3例,差1例,优良率为78.9%。术后出现1例感染,26例水肿,1例血肿。及时处理后均好转。结论:Disc-FX系统经皮椎间盘摘除、射频消融术是治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法,早期疗效满意。
