摘要
以单分散交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(PGMA/EDMA)微球作为基质载体,溶菌酶为模板分子,β-环糊精和丙烯酰胺为复合单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用表面印迹法制备了溶菌酶分子印迹聚合物;以此聚合物为固定相进行前沿色谱分析和识别性能研究.结果表明,该分子印迹聚合物对模板分子溶菌酶具有特异识别能力,基于此可以分别实现溶菌酶与牛血清白蛋白、卵白蛋白及肌红蛋白的色谱分离.
Lysozyme-based molecularly imprinted polymers (Lys-MIPs) were prepared with POMA/EDMA beads as a carrier material, lysozyme as the template molecule, β-cyclodextrin and acrylamide as the double functional monomers, N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide as the crosslinker. The prepared Lys-MIPs were used as a new HPLC packing material, based on which the related study on its recognition was conducted through the frontier chromatography. The results showed that Lys-MIPs had specific recognition for lysozyme, which helped achieve the separation between lysozyme and three individual competitive proteins, including bovine serum albumin (BSA), ovalbumin(OB) and myoglobin (Myo).
