摘要
实施公共卫生服务项目,使城乡居民享有逐步均等化的基本公共卫生服务是基层卫生院的一项重要职能。某院通过提高思想认识、创新工作模式、量化绩效考核、细化经费补助,扎实开展基本公共卫生服务工作,取得了一定的成绩,探索出了一套比较切实可行的工作方法。
