摘要
目的了解我国护理人员绩效考核的现状及其发展趋势,分析目前我国护理人员绩效考核体系的结构,为建立完善、有效的护理人员考核体系提供思路。方法检索中文数据库中核心期刊上公开发表的关于护理人员绩效考核的论文,对其进行描述性和半定量分析。结果我国护理人员的绩效考核经历了从经验性介绍到应用性研究的过程,研究方法逐渐由描述性向方法学研究发展。结论目前国内关于护理人员考核体系的种类较多,缺乏统一的标准,考核结果在全国范围内缺乏可比性。
Objective To investigate the status and development trend of performance evaluation on nurses in China, analyze the current composition of performance evaluation system, and provide references for improving its evaluation system. Methods Literatures on performance evaluation of nurses were studied with semi-quantitative and descriptive analysis. Results Performance evaluation on nurses had evolved from experiences introduction to applicable research, re- search methods gradually progressed from descriptive research to methodology research. Conclusion There had many kinds of evaluation systems in China, but they did not follow uniform standards, which resulted in incomparable conclu- sion nationwide.
