摘要
由于损伤积累,轴承的性能会逐渐退化,为准确地评估滚动轴承性能退化状态,提出了一种基于支持向量机和小波包分解的方法。并利用具有不同故障程度的滚动轴承的振动信号,对该方法进行了验证。评估结果表明,该方法可以准确地评估轴承的性能退化程度。
The bearing performance degradation is an inevitable process caused by damage accumulation. To assess performance degradation of rolling bearings, an integrated method is proposed based on wavelet packet decomposition and support vector machines. The method is verified by using vibration signals collected from rolling bearings with different fault degrees. The resuhs show that the proposed method is able to analyze performance degradation of bearings accurately.
