摘要
泰兴市体育中心体育馆工程,主梁跨度32m,最高支模达24.3m,高支模设计选用扣件式落地钢管排架,满堂支撑体系,通过柱与排架的刚性连接,以及龙门架救生柱设置,保证排架架体稳定,确保主梁混凝土成功浇筑,为同类型工程提供了经验借鉴。
In the gymnasium project of Taixing Sports Center, the main beam spans 32 m and the highest formwork is as high as 24.3 m. The highly-supported formwork design adopts fastener-type ground steel pipe bent and full-space supporting system. The stability of bent frame is ensured through rigid connection between column and bent, as well as setting of portal frame lifesaving column. Experiences and references are provided for similar projects.
