发送罐出料方式对煤粉高压密相气力输送特性的影响 被引量:11

Influences of Discharge Types of Blow Tank on Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying of Pulverized Coal at High Pressure

摘要 该文在上出料输送实验台基础上,改造出一个包含一套上出料和一套下出料的密相气力输送系统综合实验台。在此实验台上,以高压氮气作输送载气,进行了兖州烟煤的输送实验。通过改变出料方式及操作参数,对比研究了上、下出料系统输送特性的异同。研究结果表明,操作参数对上、下出料输送系统输送特性的影响具有一致性,但这种影响也存在一定差别。相同条件下,上、下出料方式输送系统中,煤粉质量流量、表观气速都随着总输送压差的增大而增大,煤粉质量流量随补充风流量增大而减小。补充风流量不变的前提下,总输送压差较低时,煤粉质量流量随着表观气速增大而增大,上、下出料方式对煤粉质量流量的影响随着表观气速变化规律不显著;总输送压差较高时,煤粉质量流量随着表观气速增大而减小,上出料输送系统煤粉质量流量明显高于下出料输送系统。随输送压差增加,固气质量比先增加明显后增加趋势减弱。上出料系统的煤粉质量流量、表观气速和固气质量比均略高于下出料系统。 Based on the existent top discharge system, a comprehensive dense phase pneumatic conveying system including a top discharge and a bottom discharge blow tank was developed. Tests of dense phase pneumatic conveying of Yanzhou bituminous pulverized coal using nitrogen as carrier gas were carried out in this system. Effects of discharge types and operating conditions on conveying characteristics were investigated, and a comparison between bottom discharge and top discharge systems was made. Results indicate that conveying characteristics of top discharge and bottom discharge system are roughly the same, but there are some differences because of the structural differences between the two systems. At the same conditions, coal mass flow rate and superficial gas velocity increase with increasing of total conveying differential pressure for both top and bottom discharge system. Coal mass flow rate decreases as supplemental gas increases. In lower total conveying differential pressure and supplemental gas flow kept constant, coal mass flow rate increases as superficial gas velocity increases and the effect of discharge type is not significant. While in higher total conveying differential pressure, coal mass flow rate decreases with the superficial gas velocity increasing and the top discharge one is obviously higher than the bottom discharge one. As total conveying differential pressure increases, solid/gas mass ratio first increases obviously and then the increasing degree weakens. In the same conditions, there are larger solid mass flow rate, superficial gas velocity and gas/solid mass ratio for the top than the bottom discharge conveying systems.
