摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法对“大肾病”病区山羊肝脏和肾脏中铜、锌、铁、钙、镁等元素进行了测定。结果表明 ,随肾脏的增大 ,肾钙有增高的趋势 ;肝铁含量组间比较有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1 ) ,并随肾脏的增大 ,肝铜有降低的趋势 ;肾重与肝铁含量呈显著负相关 ( P<0 .0 1 )。提示肝铁和肾钙的变化可能与“大肾病”的发生存在某种关联。
The contents of Cu、Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg in liver and kidney of goats with 'large kidney disease' were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,the results showed that the content of Ca in kidney increases with increase of kidney weight;the content of Fe in liver was significantly different in various groups (P<0 05,P<0.01),the content of Cu in liver decreases constantly with increase of kidney weight.There were a significantly negative correlation between the kidney weight and the content of Fe in liver.It is suggested that the changes of Fe and Ca content in liver and kidney be relative to the 'large kidney disease'.
