摘要
湘烟2号(原HC9511)系选用中烟90为母本、云烟315为父本,通过杂交获得的烤烟杂交新组合,2009年6月通过全国烟草品种审定委员会审定。湘烟2号株型筒型,叶形椭圆形,叶脉较细到中等,茎叶角度适中,田间生长势强,前期早生快发,性状稳定,分层落黄明显,耐成熟,易烘烤。并且抗黑胫病,中抗青枯病,中感赤星病、普通花叶病毒病、黄瓜花叶病毒病、马铃薯Y病毒病、根结线虫病,适合我国东南烟区种植。湘烟2号抗病性、外观质量、化学成分与对照品种K326相当,经济性状和感官质量优于K326。
Nicotiana tabacum L.cv.Xiangyan No.2（previously HC9511）,a new flue-cured tobacco variety of F1 generation developed from the N.tabacum cv.Zhongyan 90（♀）× N.tabacum cv.Yunyan 315（♂） passed the evaluation of National Tobacco Variety Evaluation Committee in June,2009.The variety had barrel plant pattern,oval leaf,thin to medium leaf vein,moderate leaf position angle,strong growth vigor,quick growth at early stage and stable genetic character.The leaves yellowed and ripened well and easily,and were easy to be cured.N.tabacum cv.Xiangyan No.2 was resistant to black shank,moderately resistant to bacterial wilt,yet moderately susceptible to brown spot disease,tobacco mosaic virus（TMV）,cucumber mosaic virus（CMV）,potato virus Y（PVY） and root-knot nematode disease.The variety was adapted to southeast China tobacco growing regions.The diseases resistance,appearance quality and chemical components of N.tabacum cv.Xiangyan No.2 were similar to the control variety N.tabacum cv.K326;while the economic properties and sensory evaluation was evidently superior to that of N.tabacum cv.K326.
