Research Progress of Second-phases in 3xxx Can Body Aluminium Alloys and Their Effects on Manufacturing

摘要 简述了3xxx系罐身用铝合金中含有的主要第二相,阐述了均匀化过程中各类第二相粒子的演变规律,并分析讨论了其对各加工过程的影响。重点讨论了第二相在形变过程中的破碎,初生相与析出相对再结晶的影响以及在减薄拉深过程中第二相粒子发挥的作用。总结了现有研究中一些不完善和存在争议的地方,同时对如何通过共晶相转化来控制这类粗大第二相的尺寸及分布进行了讨论。 Main second-phases in 3xxx can body aluminium alloys were described. Evolution of those second- phase particles during homogenization and their effects on manufacturing were reviewed and discussed. Particle break- up during deformation, the effects of constituent particles and precipitates on recrystailization and the role of those particles during deep drawing were especially paid attention to. Some omissions and controversial points in the past re- search publications were summarized. Moreover, how to control the size and distribution of the coarse particles through phase transformation was also discussed.
