摘要
目的:观察参苓白术散对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果。方法:将150例本病患者随机分为两组,治疗组75例采用参苓白术散治疗;对照组75例采用口服柳氮磺胺吡啶0.5g,4次/d,并给予其他的支持治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率94.6%,对照组总有效率80.4%。两组临床疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:参苓白术散治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating ulcerative colitis with Shenling Baizhu San. Methods： 150 cases the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （75 cases） was treated with Shenling Baizhu San, and the control group was given sulfasalazine pyridine 0.5g for treatment, 4times/day, and given other supportive care. Results： The total effective rate was 94.6% in the control group, and in the treatment group, the total efficiency of 80.4%. Clinical efficacy difference was significant （P〈0.05）, the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion： Treating ulcerative colitis with Shenling Baizhu San has a significant effect.
