摘要
目的观察豨茜清胰方治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法将80患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加豨茜清胰方保留灌肠。结果治疗组中转率,血、尿淀粉酶复常时间,总住院时间,肝功能情况均优于对照组。结论豨茜清胰方治疗重症急性胰腺炎经济、有效。
Objective： To observe the effect of Xiqianqingyi Decoction on severe acute pancreatitis.Methods： 80 cases with severe acute pancreatitis were divided randomly into the control group and the treatment group.Xiqianqingyi Decoction was used to retention enema in the treatment group on the basis of the routine therapies in 2 groups.Results： These indices in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group such as the recovery time,the total hospital time and the liver function.Conclusion： Xiqianqingyi Decoction is economical and effective in the severe acute pancreatitis.
