摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法对陕西渭南产绿豆、黄豆中的Cu、Zn微量元素的含量进行了测定。结果表明,该地产的黄豆、绿豆中Cu和Zn的含量较高,该方法测定的精密度高(RSD<3%),样品的加标回收率在96%～102%,测定结果准确可靠,为当地豆资源的开发推介提供了依据。
Determined the trace elements Cu and Zn in mung bean and soybean of Weinan with flame atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS）. The results showed that high content of Cu .~nd Zn in them, the method has high accuracy （ RSD 〈 3 % ） and accurate result, the sample adding standard of the recovery is between 96%-102%, which provide evidence for the development of local beans resources.
