摘要
介绍了工作流的应用背景,分析了工作流技术的原理,研究了基于工作流技术的综合管理信息系统的设计和应用。提出可编辑、管理和监控的工作流模型,并用分支逻辑和聚合逻辑描述了业务流转的管理机制。工作流技术使单位内部业务流程自动化,信息流转逐步实现无纸化。利用其图形化定义流程的功能,在办公流程越来越严谨的前提下,办公效率也大幅提高。长江科学院在综合管理信息系统中运用了工作流技术,取得了良好的效果。
Based on introductions to the background of work flow application and the theory of workflow technology, we discussed the design and application of integrated management information system. We proposed a work flow model which could be edited, managed and monitored, and described the management mechanism of the work flow through branching logic and aggregation logic. Work flow technology helped automate business process and promote paperless information flow within enterprises or organizations. The graphic definition of work flow boosted work efficiency while improved meticulous office procedures. Yangtze River Scientific Research Institute, as a case study, has achieved good results in applying workflow to the integrated information system for office management.
