摘要
揭示循环系统的生理病理机制,建立左心与动脉系统耦合的动力学电路模型.用状态变量分析法建立左心循环电路模型的数学模型,利用Matlab/Simulink工具对这一数学模型进行建模仿真,并用图形用户接口(GUI)界面进行参数输入.最终得到左心室容积、左心室压力、左心房压、主动脉压和主动脉血流的时间曲线,主要的特征数据和波形曲线与实际的生理情况相符.
Modeling and simulation of left heart circulation can reveal the physiology and pathology mechanism of circulation system, which has important. The dynamics circuit model of left heart and arterial system coupling was established, and the mathematical model of left heart circuit model was established using the state variable analysis method. The mathematical model was simulated by Matlab/Simulink platform. Parameters can he entered by GUI interface. The result contains left ventricular volume, left ventricular pressure,left atrium pressure,aortic pressure and aortic flow. The main characteristic data and waveform curve derived from results are matched actual physiological.
