摘要
研究利用豆渣提取微晶纤维素及条件优化,并采用响应面试验法研究酸解时间、温度及盐酸的质量分数等因素对微晶纤维素得率的影响.结果表明,3因素间的相互作用对微晶纤维素得率影响显著,回归方程解得其最佳工艺条件:酸解温度88℃、酸解时间61min、盐酸质量分数为6.3%,微晶纤维素得率为69.4%.
This paper researches optimization of the preparation of Microcrystalline Cellulose from Bean dregs, by employing the response surface analysis to study the effects of acid solution temperature, con- centration and time on microcrystalline cellulose yield. The results show that interactions significantly af- fect microcrystalline cellulose yield,and that the regression equation provides the best technological con- ditions. The results indicated that acid solution temperature was 88 ℃ and time was 61 minutes,and concentration was 6% ,the yield of microcrystalline cellulose was 69.5%.
