摘要 以二甲苯基碘鎓六氟磷酸盐(DMPI.PE6)作为阳离子光引发剂,研究了氢化双酚A型环氧树脂体系的阳离子光固化反应,研究了光固化中光引发剂和增感剂含量对氢化环氧树脂光固化的影响.以氢化双酚A型环氧树脂作为基体材料,以二甲苯基碘鎓六氟磷酸盐为光引发剂,以无碱平纹玻璃布为增强材料,加入增感剂用传统的手工涂覆工艺制备了复合材料并研究了其力学性能.结果表明:复合材料具有良好的力学性能,有望在空间膨胀展开结构中得到应用. UV-Curing of hydrogenated bisphenol A based epoxy resins are studied by using cationic photoinitiators-Bis(4-methylphenyl) iodonium hexafluorophosphate (DMPI · PF6) as the photoinitiator. The effect of concentration of the photoinitiators, photosensitizer and chain-transfer on the curing-degree are investigated. The glasscloth-reinforced composites based on bisphenol A epoxy resins are fabricated by the traditional lay-up technique. The mechanical properties of the composites are measured. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composites are good. They have potential applications in inflatable space structures.
