摘要
目的:探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者血清尿酸及Salusin-α水平的变化。方法:选取112例EH患者和132名同期健康体检者(对照组),采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清Salusin-α和酶法检测血清尿酸(UA)水平。结果:与对照组相比,EH组患者的血清UA水平明显升高(P<0.05);而血清Salusin-α水平则明显降低(P<0.05);血清Salusin-α水平与EH分级呈负相关。结论:血清Salusin-α及UA水平的变化与EH分级相关。
Objective: To study serum uric acid and Salusin-α levels in essential hypertension patients.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with essential hypertension and 132 healthy controls were enrolled and their serum Salusin-α and uric acid(UA) levels were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and enzymatic method,respectively.Results Compared with normal controls,serum uric acid level was significantly higher and serum Salusin-α levels significantly lower in patients with essential hypertension(P0.05).Serum Salusin-α level was negatively correlated with the grading of essential hypertension according to Pearson′s linear correlation analysis.Conclusions Levels of serum Salusin-α and uric acid are correlated with the grading of essential hypertension.
