摘要
目的应用螺旋CT三维重建技术获得蒙古族人群牙冠倾角的均数和标准差。方法选取呼和浩特市正常蒙汉族大学生30名,男女各一半,年龄18～25岁。对选取的样本应用64排螺旋CT机进行上下颌骨的扫描,将扫描数据输入重建工作站,利用应用软件三维重建,测量牙冠倾角。结果蒙古族男、女牙齿冠倾角测量值的比较显示,上颌除尖牙冠角有显著性差异(P<0.05),下颌尖牙的冠角存在极显著差异(P<0.01),所有牙的冠倾角均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论蒙古族正常牙冠倾角的均数在上、下颌尖牙存在性别差异。
Objective It is to get average number and standard on crown angulation of Mongolia normal occlusion by MSCT. Methods Thirty cases with normal occlusal of Mongolian in Huhhot were selected, 15 male cases and 15 female cases for each group. Their upper and lower jaws were scanned by spiral CT with 64 rows and data was analyzed by a resetting work- ing station and 3D figures were reset with software to measure the crown angulation. Results For Mongolian, the gender differ- ence of the crown angulation was found in canine （ P 〈 0.05 and 0.01 ） ,but ther was no significant gender difference in the other tooth （ allP 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The crown angulation has gender difference in normal occlusion of Mongolian.
