应用FD-OCT检测正常及近视性儿童视网膜神经纤维层厚度 被引量:3

Test of Thickness of Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer in the Children′s Eyes with Myopia and Emmetropia by FD-OCT

摘要 目的分析正常及不同屈光度儿童视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度与眼轴及屈光度的关系。方法对4~15岁儿童(59例)61只眼近视组及22只眼正常对照组使用RTVue-FD-OCT检测平均RNFL厚度和8个区域(TU、ST、SN、NU、NL、IN、IT、TL)的RNFL厚度,分析RNFL厚度的分布特点及与屈光度和眼轴的关系。结果近视组与正常组平均RNFL厚度有统计学差异(F=22.860,P=0.000);8个区域中,除TU及TL外,其余6区域组间均有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均RNFL厚度与屈光度、眼轴长度呈负线性关系(r=-0.787、-0.798,P<0.05)。结论儿童平均RNFL随屈光度数及眼轴的增加而变薄,尤其上方和下方RNFL厚度变薄明显。 Objective To analyze the correlation between retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)thickness and dioptre or axial length in children with normal and different diopters.Methods 59 children at the age of 4-15 year-old were divided into two groups of myopic(61 eyes)and emmetropic(22 eyes)as control.RTVue-FD-OCT was used to measure the average thickness at eight different quadrants of RNFL(TU,ST,SN,NU,NL,IN,IT,TL),the RNFL thickness distribution features and its correlation with diopter and axial length was analyzed.Results The average thickness of RNFL was different significantly between myopic and emmetropic group(F=22.860,P=0.000).Further statistic analysis showed the significant differences(P〈0.05)among 6 quadrants except TU and TL.There is a negative correlation between the thickness of RNFL and diopter or axial length(R=-0.787,-0.798,P〈0.05).Conclusion The average thickness of RNFL becomes thinner in children when the dioptric power increases and the ocular axial length is longer,especially in the upper and lower area.
