摘要
胫骨平台骨折的治疗是创伤科的治疗难题之一,尤其是复杂性骨折,术前诊断和分型对治疗和预后起到了非常重要的作用。影像学资料作为诊断和分型的重要依据,为临床骨科医师所重视。从X线平片、CT到磁共振成像(MRI),各种资料都有自己的优势和局限。由于胫骨平台骨折的复杂性,X线平片已经不能很好地为平台骨折提供最完善的信息,需要有CT及MRI技术的进一步检查,才能给治疗提供更有意义的帮助。
The treatment of tibial plateau fracture has always been one of the problems in orthopaedics,especially in the complex fracture,as the preoperative diagnosis and classification is very important for the treatment and prognosis.Imaging information,including X-ray,CT and MRI,each with own advantages and limitations,are important basis for diagnosis and classification,thus are much concerned by the clinical orthopedic surgeons.Due to the complexity of tibial plateau fracture,satisfying evaluation cannot be achieved just by X-ray,where further checking by CT and MRI are needed to provid useful assistances to the treatment.
