摘要
研究了 PSN- PZT系统中的组成对压电性能的影响及其作用机理 .通过对 PSN- PZT系统 Zr/ Ti比值的调整 ,使系统点处于准同型相界附近时性能可以得到优化 ,这一点从微观结构分析得到验证 .通过对系统进行 A位和 B位掺杂取代来提高其性能 ,获得了性能优异的压电陶瓷材料 ,其机电耦合系数 Kp 高达 0 .70 .
The effects of the compositions of PSN PZT system on the piezoelectric properties and their mechanism are studied.By means of adjustment of Zr/Ti ratio,the system point could be located near to the pseudomorphotropic phase boundary,where the properties could be optimized.This result was also proved by the microstructural analysis.Using the technique of doping substitution on A and B sites of perofskites,the performances of system could be further improved,and an excellent piezoelectric ceramic material was obtained.Its electromechanical coupling coefficient was enhanced to 0.70.
