摘要
针对现有电磁搅拌器磁场存在的熔炉边缘处磁感应强度偏小的问题,提出了一种电磁搅拌线圈的改进设计。比较两种结构的电磁搅拌线圈产生的磁场可以发现:在加载同样的电流密度的情况下,改进后的电磁搅拌线圈产生的磁感应强度要大得多,克服了熔炉边缘处磁感应强度偏小的缺点;在产生同样磁感应强度的情况下,改进后的电磁搅拌线圈加载的电流只需稍大于现有电磁搅拌线圈加载电流的1/2。
An improved design of electromagnetic stirring coil was given aiming to the problem that the magnetic induction at melting furnace edges produced by existing electromagnetic stirrer was under level. Comparing the magnetic fields produced by two different structure of electromagnetic stirring coil, the conclusion is that if the current density loaded to the coils is identical, the magnetic induction produced by improved coil is much greater, which overcomes the above problem. And if the magnetic induction is identical, the current loaded to the improved coil is slightly greater than half of that loaded to the existing one.
