面包专用粉小麦新品种陕麦150的选育与产业化开发 被引量:24

摘要 陕麦150 是以生物技术与常规育种方法相结合,采用八倍体小偃麦中4、中5 与普通小麦复合杂交的方法,以水、旱地交替种植为生态选择条件,优质、高产、多抗型和广适性为选择目标,分子标记为检测手段,将中间偃麦草的优异抗病基因导入普通小麦,育成的适合黄淮麦区种植的优质、抗病、早熟、适应性广的面包专用小麦新品种。经澳大利亚著名品质育种专家OBrien 博士及中国农业部小麦品质检测中心测定,该品种的各项品质指标均达到或超过农业部一级面包小麦指标。其产量、抗病性和适应性也都超过了陕优225,更受广大农户的欢迎。陕麦150 已于1999 年9 月通过陕西省品种审定委员会审定,1999 年秋播面积6 万hm 2 ,其中建立优质原粮基地2 万hm 2 。 Shaanmai 150, a new bread wheat variety with good quality, high yield, high resistance to various diseases, is early maturity and wide adaptation to Wheat Growing Region of Yellow River and Huaihe River. It was developed by using the method of complex crosses of wheat Th.intermedium octoploid Zhong No.4 , Zhong No.5(2n=8x=56) with common wheat, and combining the biotechniques with the procedure of conventional breeding. Shaanmai 150 containing good genes from Th.intermedium was selected by being planted in irrigating and arid areas alternately, with good quality, high yield, multiresistance and wide adaptation as the selecting targets. The indexes of quality traits of Shaanmai 150, tested by Dr.L.O′BBrien, an Australia famous wheat quality breeding expert and by Agricultural Products Quality Test Center of Chinese Agriculture Ministry, were up to or over the criteria of the first class of bread wheat drawn by Agriculture Ministry. A study on appraisal of processing quality of improved wheat variety next to Shaanyou 225, but it was easier to be accepted by the farmers and easier to be extended for superior to Shaanyou 225 in yield, resistance and adaptation. Shaanmai 150 was certificated by Wheat Variety Certification Commission of Shaaxi Province. The planting area in 1999 was up to 60 000 ha among which about 20 000 ha were set up as good grain bases.
