摘要
运用 2 0个 10bp随机引物对建鲤 (Cyprinuscarpiovar .jian)和兴国红鲤 (Cyprinuscarpiovar .singuonensis)进行了RAPD -PCR反应。所用引物中 ,除 2个没有扩增产物外 ,其它引物都能对建鲤和兴国红鲤扩增出清晰的RAPD谱带 ,扩增的片段大小在 0 .2kb～ 3.0kb之间。其中 ,8个引物对建鲤个体的扩增有多态现象 ,占引物总数的 40 % ;5个引物对兴国红鲤个体的扩增有多态现象 ,占引物总数的 2 5 %。
In this study,20 10-mer primers were used for RAPD-PCR reaction in jian carp and singuonensis carp.Only two primers did not produce any band.The other primers produced bands ranging from 0.2 kb to 3.0 kb.Among primer used,8 primers (40% of total 20 primers) produced polymorphic bands among individuals of jian carp,5 primers(25% of total 20 primers) produced polymorphic bands among individuals of singuonensis carp.The study provided basic date for analysis of RAPD marker between jian carp and singwonensis carp.
