摘要 随着女性寿命延长，中国绝经人口已逾1亿，并且还在不断增加。在围绝经期及绝经后的很长一段时间，大部分女性将受到绝经相关症状的困扰。绝经相关症状持续时间不定，在部分女性可能长达10年以上。除了自然绝经，因妇科肿瘤等疾病进行手术、内分泌治疗、化疗或放疗等，造成卵巢功能抑制或损伤，称为人工绝经。较之自然绝经，人工绝经者的症状出现更快、更严重。绝经症状不仅影响患者的生活质量，还可能干扰肿瘤的长期治疗而影响患者的生命。
