摘要
文章从公平合理的视角来分析h指数衍生指数的改进发展道路,概括了h指数的衍生指数在跨学科、科研生涯长短、自引、机构规模大小和论文合著者荣誉分配等方面对h指数的改进。
This article analyzes the improvement and development path of the derivative index of h-index from the fair and reasonable perspective,and summarizes the improvement of the derivative index of h-index on h-index in the trans-disciplinary,scientific research career length,self-citation,organization scale and size,and thesis co-author honor distribution fields.
