摘要
高速切削过程中的绝热剪切容易产生锯齿形切屑,从而影响加工表面质量和刀具寿命。本文通过对绝热剪切临界判据适用性、切削过程中的变形条件计算作进一步了总结,阐述绝热剪切预测模型建立的理论依据,同时分析了高速切削过程中绝热剪切的影响因素,获得高速切削过程中绝热剪切的临界切削条件,以指导加工过程中切削参数的合理选用。
Adiabatic shearing in high speed cutting process is easy to produce the jagged scraps, thus influence processing surface quality and the tool life. Through summarizing the usability of critical criterion of adiabatic shearing and deformation condition calculation in cutting process, the paper discusses the theory basis of establishing speed cutting prediction model, at the same time, analyzes the influencing factors of adiabatic shearing, and get the critical criterion of adiabatic shearing for guiding the reasonable choice and use of critical cutting parameters.
