摘要
风城油田重32 SAGD试验区4组井在先导试验有杆泵举升过程中,水平井段前端均不同程度发生汽窜,采用多种措施均未能有效改善井下连通的状况。鉴于此,采用在生产井泵下接尾管控液工艺技术,可有效改善水平井段后端的连通状况,提高水平井段动用程度,从而提高SAGD水平井的工艺开发效果。现场试验结果表明,采用尾管控液技术之后,该井组水平段动用长度由150 m提高到250 m,动用率由37%提高到63%,日产油由16.3 t上升到25.1 t,日增油8.8 t,油气比由0.23提高到0.28。
Steam channeling happens in different degrees to the front end of the horizontal well section in the process of rod pump lifting in the pilot test with four groups of wells in the Zhong 32 SAGD test zone in Fengcheng Oilfield.Several measures have been taken but the downhole connectivity has not yet been improved.If the technology of connecting the liner to control fluid under the subsurface pump is adopted,the connectivity feature of the back end of horizontal well section can be improved effectively,the utilization of horizontal well efficiency can be improved and thus the technological development effect of SAGD horizontal well can be improved.The field test result shows that after adoption of liner fluid control technology,the utilization length of the horizontal section of the well group is improved from 150 m to 250 m.The utilization rate is improved from 37% to 63%.The daily oil production rises from 16.3 tons to 25.1 tons,with a daily oil growth of 8.8 tons.The oil-gas ratio rises from 0.23 to 0.28.
