柳州市利用水泥回转窑处理城市污水处理厂污泥的可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 污水处理厂的副产品污泥极易带来严重的二次污染和生态环境破坏。柳州市现有四座污水处理厂,日产污泥约276 t(含水率80%),到2020年,日产污泥量将达到500 t(含水率80%),污水处理厂污泥处置问题将日益突出。利用水泥窑协同处理污水处理厂污泥在国外已经应用多年,并取得了良好的污泥处理效果。本文在分析柳州市污泥处置现状及其存在的主要问题的基础上,结合柳州市的实际情况,论证柳州市利用水泥回转窑处理城市污水处理厂污泥的可行性。 Byproduct of sludge from sewage treatment plant can leads to serious secondary pollution and ecological destruction.There are four sewage treatment plants in Liuzhou city with daily sludge production of approximately 276t(moisture content is 80%).By 2020,daily sludge production will reach 500t(moisture content is 80%).The issue of sludge disposal in sewage treatment plant will become increasingly prominent.The use of cooperative treatment of sewage sludge by cement kiln has been applied for many years in foreign countries,and achieved good sludge treatment effect.Based on the analysis the sludge disposal status quo and its main problems and combined with the actual situation in Liuzhou city,this paper demonstrated the feasibility of using cement rotary kiln to dispose municipal sludge from wastewater treatment plants(WWTP).
