摘要
目的探讨低频脉冲电治疗法在产后催乳治疗护理中的应用研究及效果评价。方法选取我院产科2010年12月至2011年5月收治的正常产妇100例，根据随机化分组原则，分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组产妇产后应用低频脉冲电治疗进行乳房催乳治疗；对照组产妇只做传统人工按摩乳房催乳治疗。总结干预效果，对所得结果采用t检验进行统计分析。结果对比两组产妇的开始泌乳时间和泌乳量，统计P值〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论尽早将低频脉冲电治疗法应用于产妇产后早期泌乳期，能促进乳房乳腺管尽早通畅，能达到提高产妇乳房护理质量的效果，值得在临床妇产科推广运用。
Objective To investigate the effect of low - frequency poise electric therapy in the treatment of postpartum lactation care. Methods A total of 100 normal mothers were selected from December 2010 to May 2011, and randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Postpartum therapy group was given pulsed electric breast prolactin treatment; control group was given only traditional manual massage treatment. Results The start time and lactation milk yield were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions Low - frequency electrical pulses could promote early postpartum lactation, breast ductal potency as early as possible, so as to improve quality of care the effect of maternal breast, which is worth to be spreaded.
